Ski Season Rates for this beautiful condo are:

Xmas, New Years, Martin Luther King & Presidents Weekends & Mtn Jam Concert - $2000 (up to 4 nights) or $2500 for the week.

All other weekends are $1500 up to 3 nights, $1800 up for 4 nights or $2000 for the week

Summer Season rates are: Mountain Jam Weekend (the weekend after Memorial day) $2000 for up to 4 nights or $2500 for the week. All other weekends are $1500 up to 3 nights or $2000 for the week

**$100 cleaning fee per rental **
